Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF)

The Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) is a manufacturing process in which the object to be printed is produced layer by layer from a meltable plastic. For this purpose, the selected plastic is heated and built up by extrusion with a special nozzle by repeated application and curing on the printing bed. Our open system gives you the opportunity to use a variety of materials to find the right solution for your application.

Liquid Additive Manufacturing (LAM)

Liquid additive manufacturing (LAM) is an additive manufacturing process in which liquids (or low-strength materials) can be additively processed, such as liquid silicone rubber (LSR). In the future, other liquids are conceivable. The technical characteristics of the LAM printed objects and the injection molding process are almost identical. Further advantages include high process speeds and distortion-free 3D printing of any component.

Industries of 3D printing

Since 3D printing has become a high priority in the automotive industry, development and production is no longer conceivable without this technology. Different vehicle parts and prototypes are developed based on additive manufacturing, so that you can reach mass production level quicker. The technology has also become standard in production and allows the use of various robust and flexible materials.

In a continuously evolving industry an advanced and optimized procurement of complex prototypes and specialized tools is essential for production. Even the printing of serial parts is possible. Weight and fuel can be saved by using lightweight but stable material. Our temperature-resistant high-performance materials can prove their quality and have already convinced many customers. With a flexible one hand production, you are guaranteed to maintain secret developments and be independent of suppliers.

In the medical field, our technology is widely used in research and also for individual health-related manufacturing. Fast and easy production provides a cost-effective and successful alternative to traditional manufacturing processes. In addition 3D printing has many advantages that are not possible in any other process. Shortening the trial period makes faster adaption of new products possible. The procedure is also established in surgery and dental technology and is used in numerous products. With the LAM technology new goals can be achieved in the medical field and research can be supported. Especially in orthopedics, this technique is used to print, for example, individual shoe middle soles.

Machine and prototype construction

During development of new machines and the continuous improvement of prototypes a fast and flexible technology is decisive. Development through to production is possible thanks to the use of 3D printing in record time. Everything can be produced cost-effectively locally, which is why Just-in-time-production is possible and no waiting times arise. The printing of illustrative material and presentation patterns is also possible at any time.

Tool and mold making

The industrial production of tools and complex geometric shapes is easily possible in both small and large quantities. The extreme shortening of production and delivery times results in an optimized workflow and thus an increase in success. An individual adaptation of even minimal differences allows a versatile use.

A detailed and extremely accurate production is crucial for parts installed in electronics. Gaskets and plug contacts can be produced in series and detailed processing results in an optimal fit of the products. To ensure the safety of innovative new developments, it is possible to make PCB dummies, you can, for example, show a board with corresponding electronic components, without revealing the details and the layout behind it. Matching electronics housings can also be produced individually and quickly.

Education and Research

Additive manufacturing is also in use in many schools and research institutes. It supports numerous projects and developments and provides a platform for practice-oriented learning and the creation of new great and future-changing ideas. The technology offers new opportunities for flexible and fast-manufacturing-times and a detailed and precise production.

Food industry

With our high-quality and certified plastics, the criteria for products that come into contact with food are met. You can also print with materials that are dishwasher-safe. A production of food-safe parts is hereby possible. In addition, devices can be produced down to the smallest spare parts for agricultural machinery.

You would like to create your work as a high-quality model to impress your customers? It becomes possible with our technology. Accurate representation using a variety of materials and colors captivate with their precision. They are flexible during the creation process and can also take short-term changes into account. For weather and temperature-resistant models, our robust plastics are being used. A variety of post-processing such as a smooth surface or special coating of the object are immediately possible.

Art and Fashion

The multipurpose utilisation and the use of various materials are essential for art and fashion. The fashion industry has recognized the value of 3D printing. That is the reason why the interest in this area is increasing exponentially. Printed objects can be optimally processed and finished. Whether, for example home decor or shoes, there is much potential!
